Your team does more. You pay less.

MARS does the busywork of sourcing: it drafts the RFQ, finds and invites suppliers, chases the ones who go quiet, reads and compares every quote and runs the rounds. More suppliers compete for every purchase, and your team only steps in to decide.

What procurement leaders are asked to deliver

Do more with less. And pay less on every purchase.

It is what every board asks for. Today the team spends its day on email, chasing and spreadsheets — so it quotes with few suppliers and negotiates little. MARS flips that.

1Do more with less

Free up your team's time

TodayBuyers write RFQs, chase suppliers one by one and retype quotes into Excel.
With MARSAI handles the busywork end to end. The buyer steps in at three decisions: publish, shortlist and award.

Your team's time

MARS does the busywork. Your team only decides.

An RFQ with 35 suppliers means more than a hundred tasks: invitations, follow-ups, answers, quote reading and counter-offers. MARS does all of them. The buyer steps in three times — and nothing is published, shortlisted or awarded without them.

Procurement teams on what changed.

530+

suppliers quoting per RFQ

“We went from quoting 5 suppliers to 30+ per RFQ — the pricing pressure alone justified the investment in the first quarter.”

Head of ProcurementIndustrial manufacturing

Better prices. A fraction of the effort.

Automated negotiation

“We used to negotiate with two or three suppliers simply because managing the back-and-forth took too much time. Now MARS keeps the negotiation rounds moving, and suppliers come back with better offers without us having to chase every single one.”

Senior Category ManagerIndustrial Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

Offers we didn't know we were missing.

Better offers

“What surprised me wasn't just how much faster the process became. It was how often we found better offers simply because we could involve more suppliers.”

Procurement DirectorManufacturing & Industrial Operations

Complex bids, compared without Excel.

Bid comparison

“The biggest change for us was being able to compare complex bids without spending days going back and forth in Excel. We still make the final call, but now we're working with much better information.”

Strategic Sourcing ManagerEngineering & Construction

More RFQs. Same team.

Team capacity

“We didn't need to grow the team to handle more RFQs. MARS took the repetitive work off their plate, so buyers could spend more time on supplier strategy and negotiation.”

“When someone asks why we selected a particular supplier, I no longer have to piece together emails and old spreadsheets. The quotes, revisions, and negotiation history are all there.”

Questions procurement teams ask us.

Something else? Write to us — we reply within one business day.

Who is MARS for?

Procurement and sourcing teams that run competitive RFQs — for materials, services or mixed contracts: procurement heads, buyers, estimators, category managers and the finance people who approve.

How much work does MARS take off my team?

All the busywork between publishing and awarding: drafting the RFQ, inviting, chasing silent suppliers, answering the questions the RFQ covers, reading quotes in any format, building the comparison and running the rounds. The buyer steps in at three decisions: publish, choose who negotiates and award.

How does MARS help us pay less?

By putting more suppliers on every purchase — your base, the MARS pool and up to 25 new companies per web search — and negotiating with every shortlisted supplier: counter-offer rounds, a best and final offer (BAFO) and, on Business and Enterprise, live reverse auctions.

How are savings calculated?

On every awarded RFQ, the baseline is the average of the suppliers' first quotes. The dashboard shows total savings and how much came from competition, negotiation, the auction and the final decision, by buyer, category and month. Only approved awards count.

Do suppliers need an account?

No. Each supplier gets a personal link to the supplier portal, in their language. They can also reply by e-mail with a PDF or spreadsheet — MARS reads it.

What does the AI do, and what stays with my team?

AI drafts the RFQ, finds and suggests suppliers, answers questions covered by the RFQ, reads quotes, suggests an evaluation and checks documents during qualification. Publishing, shortlisting, approving suppliers and awarding are always your team's decisions, and everything goes into the audit trail.

Does it work with my ERP?

Integration with TOTVS, SAP and Sienge is in development. Meanwhile you import your supplier base from a spreadsheet (AI maps the columns), and every award is recorded with amounts, contract and savings.

How does pricing work?

Start on the Free plan with 20 credits a month. One credit per RFQ published or per supplier invited, and 4 per web supplier search (up to 25 companies). Paid plans add credits and features; packs top up any plan. See pricing.

How long does onboarding take?

You can publish a first RFQ the same day. Most teams are fully live within 1–2 weeks, with supplier list import and workspace setup support.

Run your next RFQ with more suppliers and less work.
